BELIRA COMPANY LIMITED, the operator of Univo, publishes these standards to prevent and respond to child sexual abuse and exploitation in connection with Univo. They apply worldwide to every user, all public and private content, and all profile, one-to-one audio and video, messaging, media-sharing, and related features. These standards work together with the Univo Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.
Adult-Only Service
Univo is intended only for people who are at least 18 years old. A person under 18 may not create an account, use the Service, appear in User Content, or access Univo through another person's account. Users may not misrepresent age or help a minor evade an age restriction.
We may use age confirmation, risk signals, reasonable age or identity verification, manual review of suspected underage registrations, and periodic account review. When we reasonably believe a user is under 18, we may restrict or suspend the account while we investigate and will remove the account when underage use is confirmed. Age restrictions are only one safeguard; the prohibitions below apply whether or not a child has an account and whether conduct occurs online or offline.
Zero Tolerance for Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation
Univo prohibits child sexual abuse and exploitation ("CSAE") and child sexual abuse material ("CSAM"). We take appropriate action when we obtain actual knowledge of apparent CSAE or CSAM, including removing or disabling access to content, stopping interactions, restricting or terminating accounts, preserving information as legally permitted, and reporting to the appropriate authority when required or appropriate. A claim that a child consented is never a defense.
Definitions
Child or minor means any person under 18, even if local law uses a different age for another purpose.
CSAE includes conduct or content that sexually abuses, exploits, or endangers a child, including grooming, sexual solicitation or enticement, sextortion, trafficking for sexual purposes, coercion, or facilitating sexual contact with a child.
CSAM includes any visual depiction of a child engaged in sexually explicit conduct or presented for a primarily sexual purpose. It includes photos, videos, live streams, drawings, cartoons, altered images, and computer-generated or AI-generated imagery where prohibited by law or these standards.
Prohibited Content and Conduct
Users may not create, upload, transmit, request, solicit, possess, store, trade, sell, link to, promote, normalize, or facilitate:
- CSAM or any sexualized depiction of a child;
- grooming, sexual solicitation, enticement, or arranging sexual contact with a child;
- sextortion, threats, blackmail, or coercion involving a child or a person represented as a child;
- child sex trafficking, commercial sexual exploitation, or offers to buy, sell, or exchange access to a child;
- requests for a child to create or share sexual content, including self-generated imagery;
- sharing, threatening to share, or seeking non-consensual intimate imagery involving a child;
- sexual comments, role-play, fantasies, or communications directed toward a child or a person represented as a child;
- violence, abuse, neglect, or trafficking involving a child, including content that praises, instructs, or encourages such conduct;
- disclosure of a child's identifying or confidential information, including a name, identification number, school, class, home address, phone number, or location;
- instructions, coded terms, groups, links, or tools intended to locate, conceal, distribute, or evade detection of CSAE or CSAM;
- content that identifies, shames, harasses, or exposes a child victim;
- inducing a minor to register, sharing instructions for bypassing age restrictions, or allowing a minor to use an adult account; or
- moving a child or suspected child to another platform in order to continue prohibited conduct.
Because Univo is an adult-only service, content depicting or involving a minor may be removed even when it is not sexual. These prohibitions apply to public and private profiles, text, images, audio, video, live communications, external links, and conduct using Univo to arrange an offline act.
How to Report a Safety Concern
Users can report a concern without leaving Univo by selecting the Report control available from a user's profile, chat, or active or recent call interface. Select the child-safety or closest available reason and provide relevant context. Users can immediately block the reported account. A report may be submitted even when the conduct targets someone else.
You may also report a child-safety concern outside the app at uahpiryiulamd@hotmail.com. Do not download, screenshot, reproduce, forward, or email suspected CSAM. Preserve only non-illegal contextual information such as a username, profile link, time, or written description.
If a child faces immediate danger, contact local emergency services or law enforcement first. In the United States, suspected online child sexual exploitation may also be reported to the NCMEC CyberTipline.
How We Respond
We prioritize reports based on apparent risk and may use trained human review, automated detection, and available account, content, communication, device, network, and technical information to assess a report. Depending on the facts and applicable law, we may:
- remove content or disable access to it;
- stop an active interaction or restrict communication features;
- warn a user for a lower-risk violation where a warning is appropriate;
- suspend or permanently terminate accounts and prevent re-registration or device access;
- preserve relevant records securely and limit access to authorized personnel;
- notify or report to NCMEC, law enforcement, or an appropriate regional child protection authority;
- cooperate with valid legal process and emergency disclosure requests; and
- take additional steps necessary to protect a child, users, our personnel, or the public.
Serious CSAE or CSAM violations may result in immediate permanent termination without warning. We do not notify a reported user when doing so could endanger a child, compromise an investigation, reveal confidential detection methods, or violate law. We may close malicious or knowingly false reports and take action against abuse of reporting tools.
CSAM Handling and Reporting
We do not permit CSAM to remain on Univo after we obtain actual knowledge of it. We promptly remove or disable access, apply secure evidence-handling and access controls, avoid unnecessary duplication, preserve relevant information when legally required, and report apparent CSAM or related exploitation to NCMEC or the appropriate regional authority in accordance with applicable law. We cooperate with lawful investigations and do not return illegal material to the reporting user.
Prevention and Product Safeguards
Our child-safety program is designed around adult-only access, age review, accessible in-app reporting, blocking controls, moderation and risk detection, enforcement against repeat offenders, trained escalation paths, secure evidence handling, and cooperation with qualified authorities. We review safeguards as Univo, threats, industry practices, and legal obligations evolve. We seek to collect and expose only the information reasonably necessary for safety, investigation, and compliance.
Privacy, Fairness, and Appeals
We handle safety information under the Univo Privacy Policy and limit access to personnel and providers with a legitimate need. We may retain safety records to prevent repeat abuse, protect users, meet legal duties, and establish or defend claims. Where appropriate and legally permitted, an affected adult user may appeal an enforcement decision through the in-app support channel or the contact below. Child safety, victim privacy, legal restrictions, and investigative integrity may limit what we can disclose.
Cooperation With Authorities
We respond to valid legal process and may make emergency disclosures when we reasonably believe a child faces imminent risk of serious harm and disclosure is permitted by law. Government and law-enforcement requests must follow applicable legal channels. We may challenge requests that are invalid, overbroad, or inconsistent with law.
Changes to These Standards
We may update these standards to address changes in Univo, threats, industry practices, or law. We will publish the updated version and revise the effective date. The most protective applicable standard will govern conduct that began before an update and continues afterward.
